Ten Best Glamping Spots in the USA
Are you more of a glamper than a camper? I (Steph) am physically unable to camp. My body rejects camping because I’m a princess, according to Zach. Could I do it? Maybe but I don’t want to. If I have the choice I’d prefer glamping because it’s camping for those of us that appreciate staying clean and not quite roughing it. Maybe it’s a little OCD but I don’t like things being unorganized, out of place, or dirty. Camping isn’t relaxing for me. But glamping… woah! I can do that!
Glamping is an official word in the dictionary these days because it is legit. Glamping is where nature meets luxury; like if a hotel had a baby with camping. You get to be out in nature but you get some modern luxuries at the same time. That’s the definition of it. It’s a glamorous form of camping and if you ask me, that sounds like the perfect getaway.

Ready to sign up? Well it’s not like a hotel you can book on Booking.com. Most glamping destinations are rented out by separate companies or by the owners themselves.

Hi Admin,
This one is superb list of Ten Best Glamping Spots In The Usa. Usually peoples don’t remember but this post will help to know the best of all.
Thanks so much Sophia!
That yurt in Zion looks incredible and great capture of the Milky Way! One place you didn’t mention that I’m dying to go glamping in the US is in Moab, Utah.
Jennifer, thanks for reading! Let us know if you find a place in Moab!
I am so with you! No more camping for me – ever! – but glamping? Yes! These places look amazing. We went glamping in Africa, and I would love to experience one of these places in California.
Haha so glad someone else agrees 🙂
When I started reading this post, I was like, “who needs glamping? Camping is great!” But that Zion Backcountry Yurt looks beyond amazing. Even though I’m a pretty diehard backpacker and wild camper, I might be willing to spend a couple nights there the next time I’m out west.
Carrie, that’s amazing that you enjoy simplicity and camping. Wish I did!
Some of these look truly fabulous! Your description of how camping rejects you sounds exactly like my husband. He is a princess too I guess! But I think he could jump on board the glamping train if I show him some of these! Thanks!
Tracie, right? Hope you two get to glamp someday.
I am not a camper at all and I’m not totally sold on glamping but I do love the idea of sleeping under the stars in Zion. Surprised there’s a glamping spot 10 minutes from LA. If I were to give it a try I would head to Savage River Lodge for the private bath lol!
Sherianne, sounds like we agree!
Totally, with you…my body rejects camping as well. I have not been glamping…yet, and I’d really love to. I love being outdoors and since my body rejects camping, glamping is the next best option. The Skyfarm Yurt has really captured my interest. I used to call Los Angeles home and I’m pretty sure the place and location is quite amazing. This has inspired me to get back outdoors, glamping of course!
Rosemary, glad to have inspired you!
My jaw dropped when I saw these places. I never realized there are such cool tents one can stay in. Maybe I should start glamping.
Barb, yay you should!
I always wanted to visit California and now that I know there is such a cool glamping place, I just got an extra reason to go. Lazy Sky looks pretty inviting, it must be an experience itself to sleep there. Also all the other places look cool!
Veronika, hope you get to glamp someday!
