treehouse hotels
Treehouses have a glorious way of making us feel young again and appreciative of the finer things in life.
Steph loves treehouses. Her favorite animal ever is the giraffe, obviously. But the animal she most mimics around trees is a monkey. Why? Whenever she sees a beautiful tree with long, gorgeous limbs, she absolutely, without a doubt, must climb that tree.
One thing she loves more than trees though is treehouses. Treehouses are never cookie cutter. They are built around their own unique tree to allow for the best views of their surroundings and a feeling of being one with nature.
There are many treehouses around the world, some of which are treehouse hotels you can stay at! Today we are going to share the best treehouse hotels around the world.
When you’ve had enough of the standard hotel rooms and are ready for a once in a lifetime experience among nature, book your next trip to one of these incredible treehouse hotels.

Samantha, Thanks so much! It is!
Oh my gosh! These are so amazing. I think I could just live in them. Thank you for posting this. I am definitely saving it for future reference!
Michelle, thanks so much! Yes they all look so unique!
We just got back from Tongabezi last week!!!! Though we did not stay at the Treehouse, it was still a beautiful and amazing property. Funny thing, my husband was curious and started wandering the property grounds because he saw a sign that read “Treehouse”, but a staff member quickly stopped him – now I know it was probably fro privacy reasons with that open air bathtub 🙂 Awesome list – I want to stay at them all!!!!
Christina, no way! So cool. What did you think about it? Yea I guess they have varying room options. The open air room is very appealing!
Oooh I’ve never stayed in a treehouse hotel before but now I’m dying to! Pity they’re so pricey, though. I’d be loath to step out of the hotel for a minute. Thanks for sharing!
Michelle, yea they do cost more but would be worth saving for for such a unique experience!
Ah, these all look amazing! I wrote an article about treetop hotels a couple years back and stayed at one myself as part of the research into the article. It was amazing! 🙂
Liza, don’t they? Oh cool which one did you stay in?
I want to stay in all of them. I am actually inspired to try one, I am planning a trip to Bangkok next year so I’ll look into that one a bit deeper now! 😀
Eva, haha agreed. Yea maybe you can stay in one there!
I’ve never stayed in a tree house but now I’m dying to. Thanks for the post!
Susan, yea you should! We hope to stay in some of them in the future!
Every single one of these hotels looks incredible. I can’t even believe some of them are real. They all belong on any traveler’s bucket list.
Ash, don’t they?!? Yes definite bucket list destinations.
Wow! I had no idea there were so many extravagant tree houses out there! Seeing that I live in California, the ones in Atlanta and Washington seem most attainable. I really liked the idea of the cube tree house in Finland though! A cozy way to spend a winter, and see the Northern Lights!
Melissa, yea if you ever go let us know how it was! The Finland ones look the most unique so we hope to go someday!
LOVE this post! There’s something so beautiful and peaceful about the idea of staying in a treehouse hotel. Will be trying to get to one of these soon.
Joanna, yes they look incredibly peaceful for sure.
Incredible!! These tree houses are just masterpieces of architecture and nature. It has been one of my fantasies to stay in Tree House at least once from childhood. In fact, I even built one in our backyard in childhood. Would love to visit these. Just waiting for right time. Nice blog. Thanks for sharing the info.
Vijay, yes tree houses are so fascinating! Thanks for reading!
